We do allow our new residents to reserve the service elevator during our office hours 7 days a week, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate elevator reservations in the evenings after the office closes. We understand how this may have caused some inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding. Regarding parking, we offer additional parking spots for $40 per month, which is discussed during the initial tour. This helps ensure each resident is able to make use of our garage. If you'd like more information or would like to inquire about availability, please feel free to reach out to the office.
