February 2, 2025It was easy signing lease but not so easy with the elevator moving things in. Parking is also not convenient. Two people, two cars, one parking place.Property Manager Responded

We do allow our new residents to reserve the service elevator during our office hours 7 days a week, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate elevator reservations in the evenings after the office closes. We understand how this may have caused some inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding. Regarding parking, we offer additional parking spots for $40 per month, which is discussed during the initial tour. This helps ensure each resident is able to make use of our garage. If you'd like more information or would like to inquire about availability, please feel free to reach out to the office. 5/5 star apartment living
January 31, 2025I'm writing this review after my first year at Waterview, and I must say it's been wonderful. From the moment I walked in for my tour, the staff was great. Turned out that this apartment was exactly what we needed - a spacious apartment that had a layout that made sense that let in plenty of natural light in. The property management team has consistently exceeded my expectations. They're always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it was ...helping me get settled during move-in or addressing minor maintenance requests promptly, their professionalism and genuine care for residents truly stands out. What really makes this place special: quick response time for maintenance requests, maintained common areas, convenient location, quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors, and they are pet friendly. I appreciate how the staff treat everyone like family/friends rather than just tenants. They know residents by name and care about the residents and their experience. If you have a question the staff is extremely quick to respond- they really do go above and beyond. I've already recommended this apartment complex to friends moving into the area, and I'm confident anyone who chooses to live here will feel at home.Property Manager Responded
