Good but could be improved
April 25, 2024Decent place, office is only open M, W, F. Due to staff also working at another location. Guest parking is extremely limited. Hallways are open to the outside so the ceilings are always covered in active spider webs. Haven't had any major issues just minor annoyances and inconveniences.Review from Apartments.com

January 13, 2023Terrible and incompetent leasing office staff. They never answer the phone and have very limited office hours so good luck trying to reach someone. They are refusing to refund me my $250 holding fee even though they basically denied my application…choose another complex that at least has a functioning leasing office…Review from Apartments.com

Don’t waist your time
June 15, 2021Walls are paper thin, good luck finding guest parking, office is never open, maintenance sucks, management are liars and stand offish made me believe everything was good at the end of my month to month term and charged me full month rent for a normal wear and tear on a lightbulb carpet cleaning when I had no carpet and kept my deposit. On top of me paying prorated rent of a week. Now will not answer my calls or reply to my emails. expensive go elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
Don't Live Here
July 9, 2020The walls are paper thin so you can here everything that your neighbor does on all sides. I had to call AND email management to get my upstairs neighbor to stop playing their music so loudly. When I decided to move, they claimed that I didn't give them a 60 day notice, therefore I would have to pay them a full months rent (I gave them a 53 day notice, by the way). And I just got a letter from them claiming that I owe them for cleaning fees and not returning a parking decal sticker. It's cheap but ...not worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
