I have been living in this complex for a year and a half. At first glance, this place is great! Newly built buildings, gated, oversized parking spaces, and plenty of grassy areas and side walks for walking your pet. But at a closer glance there are way too many issues for the amount of money that is paid. There is trash and dog poop EVERYWHERE. Recently a trash compactor was added, it is overflowing with 30 + bags of trash around the door because they won’t pay to get it taken off often enough. ...
Which was also a recurring issue when there were dumpsters. There is only ONE place to even put your trash instead of dumpsters spread throughout the complex. For most tenants it’s a bit of a walk.. No boxes are allowed in the compactor and they must be taken to the recycling center or you will be threatened to get evicted. We live on the bottom floor and can hear every step our upstairs neighbors take. Any maintenance that needs to be done may take weeks/months to get fixed. The weather stripping on the bottom of the door was damaged upon moving in allowing an insane amount of bugs and spiders to enter our home. It took months for them to come fix it. This is just one example of many. I do not recommend moving here.

The complex is beautiful but it certainly won't stay that way long. I just moved in and am horrified at the pigs who live around me that believe their mommas live there and pick up after them. Two neighbors in my breezeway alone have had multiple bags of garbage sitting there for nearly a week, attracting bugs and damaging the breezeway. I have to step over this crap and look at it every time I walk in and out of my new home. This is one of the most upscale apartment communities in Florence ...
and you would hope management could ensure this nonsense doesn't occur. I really wish I had done my research on the management company prior to moving in. If you enjoy living in a garbage dump, then you'll be very happy here. Maybe you and Oscar can be roommates!!
