Recently received new management at Waterchase - since then, everything has been going downhill. When you take into consideration gas, electricity, water, pet fees, garage fees, garbage fees, plus whatever else they can find, it can add around $500/month to your costs. They are "smoke-free", but people still smoke on their porches. They are very strict about what is allowed on your balcony, and they are not flexible when it comes to getting out of a lease. ...rooms get very hot during the summer if you close the door because the air conditioning unit is in the living room. Carpet has been removed from the first floor stairs entrance to the building, so now people and pets slip on the plastic flooring when you come inside from the rain or if you have snow on your shoes. The buildings constantly smell of weed. There are rent increases every year, and they have been tacking on more and more monthly fees as time goes on. The parking lot is full of pot holes, and if you leave your garage open, you'll have items stolen pretty quickly. The neighbors are constantly blasting music, and every now and then there is a dog in someone's apartment across the lake that is barking constantly from 10 PM - 1 AM.
