It's absolutely terrible.
March 23, 2023Let's see, I move in on the 15th of the month. They then attempt to charge me late rent fees because I didn't pay on the first. Amazing. Then they try to charge me a fee for having a chair outside my apartment (which don't really see why that's an issue anyways) but you see they took a picture of the infraction and it clearly showed a first floor apartment was at fault (I live on the second floor). To move from that, my bathroom ceiling has had a leak for months now. When they did finally get ...around to fixing it they decided nailing a tarp to the ceiling was all that was needed. Turns out, no, unsurprisingly that doesn't fix the problem. Other than that, don't have anything good to say about it. I can't wait to be done with this lease.Property Manager Responded

March 22, 2023Buenas tardes sres de Waterdance la verdad estoy muy decepcionado y molesto con ustedes por qué tengo problemas con mi apartamento ya que cada vez que llueve entra agua a mi apartamento ya son más de 3 meses que pido que me solucione y nada,tengo videos como prueba de ello,además la puerta principal donde se encuentra mi apartamento no se puede abrir desde a fuera y nos tenemo que dar toda la vuelta para ingresar a mi domicilio,mi esposa llega a las 2:00am del trabajo y tiene que darse toda la ...vuelta para ingresar ,donde corre el riesgo de que le pase algo malo ya que en las noches se poner a fumar Marihuana unas personas ,hemos ido varias veces a la oficina pero no nos dan solucionesProperty Manager Responded

Sorta cheap and roach infested.
June 29, 2020Been here starting on the third year. One of the cheapest most affordable places in Arlington. Windows are super outdated. Two of my three windows don't close or latch right. Mold and mildew all around them. Took them weeks to deal with a couple leak issues. The leak in the bathroom left mold/mildew on the ceiling. Roaches. Everywhere. Had bedbugs twice since we moved in. You can see tons of roaches of all sorts inside and out of the apartments. I'll often see one scurrying on the wall or ...sidewalk of the apartment when I get home at night. Had a car broken into a couple times. They HAVE been recently bought by a new management company so hopefully they start getting things updated a little and repaired around here and make it at least worth the rent we pay.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
November 30, 2017I broke my lease because of the ratchetness, bed bugs, roaches, and sad lazy maintence men. If you are truly desperate and homeless this may do for the time being. Other than that give up that extra 150 and find somewhere better. I have multiple videos of tenants arguing and fighting. When you move in you'll find dead bed bugs and roaches in the closet, in the cabinet,and little dead baby roaches in the fridge. This was my first APARTMENT moving here so I didn't know any better. I think ...management have trouble with comprehension because when you call about an inquiry on anything it takes about 5 mins for them to understand. The sink disposal never worked, had to turn the water off after flushing the toilet to save on sewer because plumbing was bad. You have a stove with only 3 burners working on a good day and usually 2 or 1 /2 on any other given day. One night after work, a group of guys came up to me, and asked if I knew where they could hit a lick, because they saw my Boyfriend bring up my tv's. I asked if they lived here they said no. You pay a gate fee, pest control fee ,and etc for nothing. Just know the gate hasn't work the whole time I was there since the summer, it is now Novemember, and they don't spray like they should. The door cracks are so huge, you can see the bugs coming in from outside. The roof leaks too and water comes down and peels the paint off the wall.Police use to bang on my next door neighbors door, bang on mine to ask if I knew the Mexican guy staying there. I stayed 5 months because it was walking distance to alot of places and close to my school. I never want to even get close to another Apartment with the name water or dance in it, let alone the street name blue water dr. STAY AWAY!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Waterdance Apartment
July 24, 2017Waterdance Apartment is a very good place to live for the price. I had the town home and it had plenty of space. I lived here with a roommate, and that really helped a lot. The best thing about Waterdance are the people in the office. They are very welcoming and treat you with the utmost respect (Thanks for the amazing time Martha, Elsa, and Brenda). I gave it 4 stars because there are roach problems in the apartments, but they are not nearly as bad and they are the small ones. I would encourage ...living with someone, although, I say that as I am female in my early 20's. It really helped with turns on taking out the trash, as it was pretty far from the apartment complex that I had. The rating is solely based on value, as for the price and the office management made my stay very welcoming and it was what I needed at the time. I stayed one and a half year as this was only a stop for me. But there are many families who call this place home, and if you need a budget friendly place to live in or stay for a while, I would recommend checking out Waterdance apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Office management a joke
November 24, 2015I have never dealt with an apartment complex office that could not give you info about your apartment prior to paying a $50 application fee and $50 admin fee, along with a $150 deposit. The office personnel were completely incompetent, when asked a simple question such as "does the apartment have a washer and dyer hook up"? They would ask if they could call me back..... and then never call. so after 4 days and numerous phone calls, as many as 4 times in one day to get one answer, I decided I ...was no longer interested.
