Great Quality of Life at Waterfall Hills
June 25, 2025Having lived here for close to twenty years, there is little for which I can fault. The community is nicely nestled in a wooded area that is quiet and has no through traffic. The grounds are always well manicured and when needed snow removal is quickly done. More than this however is the staff. The longtime property manager and her maintenance staff have been responsive when I've needed assistance. It may have been a question when I renew my lease or a routine maintenance issue in my ...home-they are always professional, polite, and respectful. August 14, 2018Having more than one pet becomes a challenge when apartment searching. When I first visited this property it became apparent that not only is it pet friendly but they seemed overly welcomed of my little ones ( no issues there!). The property it self was great and felt homie but what was important to me, was the treatment of my furry kids.
