August 5, 2024DO NOT MOVE HERE. When I moved in here, the apartment was disgusting and appeared to not have been cleaned in between tenants. The apartments are not well-taken care of, with noticeable water damage near the windows. Mold grew very quickly in the apartment and there was a big bug problem (especially with roaches and spiders). It's disgusting. The location is unsafe but the gate was frequently left open. I was It is hard to get ahold of the staff at times, especially in the afternoon. This ...complex is managed so poorly. If you move here, don't expect to get any of your security deposit back. They will find ways to keep all of it, even if you leave the unit in good condition. August 8, 2019BEWARE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER MOVING HERE!! PLEASE READ!! I moved into this apartment on 5/29/2019. The apartment was filthy, I had to bring in a professional to clean the apartment. Later, I realized that the dryer was not working. Dishwasher was leaking, they claimed that they fixed it. A month later, the dishwasher leaked again when I was at work. I had to take that of the day off. A month later, Someone BROKE INTO MY HOUSE, stole my purse with my IDs, my credit cards, my car key, my cash, and ...basically everything. The very next day, somebody broke into my car during day time. There is NO SECURITY in this place. Because all my cards have been stolen, I was not able to make a rent payment. Just after few days, they posted a notice on my door, stating that I have 3 days to pay rent or move out, and I will be sued if I move out. It has been only 2 months since I moved in, and all these happened. You decide if you want to move here. THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 8, 2018My boyfriend lived there for a year.The Gate is always broken.Someone has broken into several cars in the gated community 13 at that in one night.Ppl wait by the gate to rush in once it’s opened.Thats what makes it unsafe.He had a neighbor that constantly beats his wife inside n outside the apartment.Cops were always called on them.We left in July n still never received a security deposit back.We received a letter w no check.Called several times n never returns our call so I’m visit in person.At ...this property looks are deceiving.It looks safe but definitely is not.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

People easily break in to your apartment

A NICE PLACE TO CALL HOME
September 29, 2017Waterfield Square is an older complex, but well kept. I moved from a house after my landlord decided to sell the property. Going from a house to an aparment was difficult, but Waterfield had the largest floor plans I could find so I chose to move here. In the beginning I had some issues with other residents and the fact that seeing the police was a common occurrence. Management was made aware of the problems and they have addressed the issues and these people no longer live here and I haven't ...seen the police in awhile. I live next to one of the pools and over the summer we had problems with people climbing the gare and using the pool and making excessive noise. Management addressed this issue and continues to do so and this problem has resolved. I put in maintenance requests often and have never had to wait for that 24 hours for anything, usually Kyle or Larry take care of the problem immediately, same day. Maintenance is friendly, personable and willing to help you out with anything in a pinch. The grounds are well kept and very pretty. With all of the crime you hear about in Stockton I have never had problems with my car or apartment being broken into, which surprises me, but I do feel safe living here. August 31, 2015Gated community in Stockton that actually feels safe. The buildings are old and need updating (appliances and overall buildings--inside and out) and there are a few spider/bug issues, but the staff is very friendly and the response from maintenance is quick and thorough. I've lived here 3 years. Quiet community. Washer/dryer in every apartment is really nice. Priced a little high but if you can swing it, it is a nice community.Review from Apartments.com

August 4, 2015This apartment complex is nestled away right off of the Interstate which gives me access to the mall, grocery store and my job. Unlike most apartments, it makes me feel like I am not in an apartment complex, but right at home. It reminds me of a luxurious resort with a spacious area inside, individual patio area,one-car attached garage, swimming pool. This complex provides a nature setting being surrounded by beautiful trees and a cool Delta breeze. It is a family oriented, pet-friendly safe ...community atmosphere. Safe, Convenient, and Affordable
July 21, 2015This a nice little complex with very spacious apartments. Two pools, a fitness center, covered parking, and gate access. The complex is very well maintained, with fountains and creeks throughout, helping to cover up the noise of the I-5, which is very conveniently close by. Staff is very patient and helpful.
