This place is infested with critters! I found a baby rat in my daughter’s unit. Management is obtuse to the serious issues around this complex.

I came to Waterford after having a horrible experience with another apartment that left me with less than a week to find a new place. I was frantic and stressed and Heather literally saved me from soon-to-be hell. I had been looking for an apartment for a few months,and came across The Waterford Crossing.The leasing Specialist Chanell was the best.She went above and beyond walking me threw the steps and the process with everything that I needed to do.Im looking forward to becoming part of the community.So far the overall experience was great,the tour,the atmosphere everything appears to be great.

Chanell was very, VERY helpful! We went and got a tour of the apartment we wanted , and she made the tour feel like it was a VIP tour! She was professional, informative, warm, and she treated us like royalty . The apartment we looked at was very nice , the amenities in the community looked highly exceptional, so we made no hesitation to make this place our home for a while ! They are the worst do not fall into the trap do not rent from these people it is awful. Their staff is horrible the office is horrible and they are notorious for making people move out with no notice. They will tow your car just because it’s not parked in the right area. There have been several break-ins it is by far the worst place ever to be at.

This place is great!! It is off the main road and still has great access to the interstate. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I truly enjoy living here and the activities they provide for the community is fun pre-COVID. You will not regret living here!

My husband and I moved here in March, right as everything was shutting down because of Covid. It was a very stressful time for us, and everyone in the office was very helpful. They answered all of our questions, and helped us make our move up here as easy as possible. We have two small children, and they love the play areas. They have a fenced in area for dogs, which our pup loves as well! I would definitely recommend living here!

I moved down here around 3 months ago, site unseen and I’m not going to lie, i was so nervous! But i can honestly say this has been the best decision. The office staff is amazing.. my apartment is specious and i love the community. Everyone is extremely friendly. I’m so glad i made Waterford Crossings my home! If your considering moving, check this place out, it’s close to downtown, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, etc. on top of it the amenities are awesome! You won’t regret it!
