February 22, 2022Chanell was very, VERY helpful! We went and got a tour of the apartment we wanted , and she made the tour feel like it was a VIP tour! She was professional, informative, warm, and she treated us like royalty . The apartment we looked at was very nice , the amenities in the community looked highly exceptional, so we made no hesitation to make this place our home for a while ! Do not rent from this place!!
June 12, 2021They are the worst do not fall into the trap do not rent from these people it is awful. Their staff is horrible the office is horrible and they are notorious for making people move out with no notice. They will tow your car just because it’s not parked in the right area. My family loves it here!
November 18, 2020My husband and I moved here in March, right as everything was shutting down because of Covid. It was a very stressful time for us, and everyone in the office was very helpful. They answered all of our questions, and helped us make our move up here as easy as possible. We have two small children, and they love the play areas. They have a fenced in area for dogs, which our pup loves as well! I would definitely recommend living here!Property Manager Responded

Amazing property
October 28, 2020I moved down here around 3 months ago, site unseen and I’m not going to lie, i was so nervous! But i can honestly say this has been the best decision. The office staff is amazing.. my apartment is specious and i love the community. Everyone is extremely friendly. I’m so glad i made Waterford Crossings my home! If your considering moving, check this place out, it’s close to downtown, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, etc. on top of it the amenities are awesome! You won’t regret it!Property Manager Responded
