July 7, 2025Overall, the complex is relatively quiet. The neighbors are great. There is an ongoing issue with marijuana smoking. It has become rampant. The pool area is very nice. The parking leaves alot to be desired. Spaces need to be assigned, as some residents seem to have more than the alloted 2 vehicles. The mowing crew does an excellent job. April 18, 2025Waterford Landing is a little gem nestled off I-40 and Old Hickory Blvd. The property is surrounded by nature which adds to its character. February 12, 2025So far things are okay. There are some quirks with my place and I hope the list of things I turned in on the move in sheet will get fixed soon. Am most disappointed in the bathroom sink, which I thought was upgraded, but has rust stains that were just painted over at some time in the past and now are starting to show through when I clean the sink as the paint is peeling off. The apartment is cute and is mostly quiet. The one time I requested maintenance, it was quickly done and I appreciate ...that.Property Manager Responded
