Overpriced Dump
October 31, 2025Overpriced valet trash service, the breezeway is very nasty trash juice stains everywhere. Over charge you for water when the issue lies with them but want the resident to eat the cost. Poor upgrades to the unit only plus is the appliances. This place is a freaking headache with these bogus charges they try to make you pay. I would think twice before moving here I should have!!! You live and learn never again…Property Manager Responded

Excellent Customer Service
November 29, 2022I cannot sing the praises loud enough regarding the excellent customer service! Bianca went above and beyond the call of duty. I was trying to move into my apartment the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Coming from out of state I was driving, and Bianca was kind enough to stay late until I arrived (after hours) She greeted me with a smile and took the time to give me a personal tour of my apartment. Roaches, roaches & more roaches!
August 4, 2022I moved here in the middle of July. I’ve never left a review on any property I previously or currently lived at but I had to leave this. My very first night, I slept on the floor because my bed wasn’t here yet. There were roaches crawling across the floor, I was mortified. I immediately alerted the staff, she apologized and had the pest control guy come out. Now, almost three weeks later and the roaches are still here. Don’t waste your time, energy but more importantly don’t waste your money! I ...wish I had the luxury of moving somewhere else. Unsafe! Run, do not rent here
April 21, 20224/21/22 I waited 9 months to do a review to give it a chance here. It has been a terrible experience from beginning to now. I was moving from another state, had a move in date set, 5 days before I’m supposed to move, the very rude office staff calls and says they forgot to make sure the previous tenant was out and now have to get the apartment ready. I lost my movers, my deposit with the movers and they said “sorry” with a bad attitude. They didn’t put me in a different unit, just said I will ...need to rearrange my movers and schedule because they messed up. The office never answers the phone and forget getting an email back. Roaches and spiders are at home in this bustling community as well. Anything your neighbors cook or smoke goes through the pipes, so if you don’t enjoy your home smelling like weed and cigarettes, don’t move here. People drive through all hours of the night blaring bass and sit in front of the building smoking and dealing while I’m trying to get sleep to work the next day. Major drug bust a month or so ago, under cover agents, about 10 unmarked cars and shields came and did a drug bust. Don’t let it fool you if they do extensive background checks. People drive through the neighborhood going around 40 mph…not exaggerating at all. Did I mention the office staff is a next level rude? They got new management and they are even worse! Loving my unit!
December 12, 2020I have waited six months to write a review so that I could ensure the validity of the information I am sharing. I must say my experience for the past six months have been nothing less than outstanding! The staff in the front office ( Shoni & Trinita )have been very accommodating and prompt! The maintenance staff has been Johnny on the spot! My unit itself, I absolutely love it!!! My view is impeccable! I wake up to the view of trees and the lake. It’s very quite and cozy and I feel safe. There is ...ample amount of parking and all of the neighbors are quite and keep to themselves. The school system is great and was the number one reason I chose the community. The upgrades to the unit makes you feel like you’re living in a house! Love It!
May 19, 2019UPDATE: 5/19/19 - now that i am living here I can give a review from the inside. I STILL love it and am so glad i made the decision to move here. My original unit sadly wasn’t available on move in day and Shani did everything in her power to make sure I got a unit. Thankfully she did because the one I’m in now is amaaaaazing! I’m tucked away and it’s my little oasis. Also, some apartment units do come with washer and dryer so that’s a huge plus!! The only issue was the delay in installing my ...washer and dryer but I understand the maintenance staff has been short. Other than that, a week after moving, Shani emailed me to ensure everything had been taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. FIRST REVIEW: Shani was absolutely amazing!! She took us on a tour and was very informative. Talking to her felt like talking to an old friend. Problems will never get fixed
May 17, 2017The gate is constantly broke and always open, the dumpsters are frequently overflowing and smell horrible, there have been car break-ins, suspicious neighbors (possible drug dealers), and the walls are pretty thin. The only pros about this place is the actual rooms, fireplace, garden tub, tennis court, and pool.Review from Apartments.com
