Best to worst
March 18, 2022I am loving in waterford since 2018 and in the past year they have raised their bar from best to worst in town. No focus on roads They have made each building Pet friendly. No proper way for waste management Amenities are for office staff because its available 9 to 5 only any maintenance request require ages to be resolved which includes refrigerator replacement dishwasher replacement knob changes. I love this place
November 21, 2019I love this place! I just moved in here around August and it’s the cleanest and nicest place to live. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the maintenence staff is also the best ever!!! Sweetest team and so helpful. Today they were handing out breakfast as you drive to work at 7 am and they stood in the cold with a smile on their faces!!! No other apartment cares like they do. New to apartment living
July 30, 2018Moved from my home to this apartments after careful study two months ago. Ads are quite deceiving-remove the word luxury. Outside could be luxurios. Inside normal cheap everything but well kept. Maintenance crews great, pool great but not monitored, any one can swim here, office people nice but have not handled my issues with tenants well. Everyone should be required to follow all rules all the time, they require you to sign on several rules and those seem to be the ones several people break ...ie parkng,loud noise, clear common areas and hanging clothing and materials outside. One of the worst I've ever seen
April 14, 2018This is one of the worst apartment complexes I've ever lived in. Management decides when to turn on the A/C every year, normally April-May. So if there is a heat wave early in the year you are out of luck. I frequently came home to an apartment in the mid-80s. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on next door. The appliances are ancient and unreliable. My dishwasher didn't drain right and smelled like death. Their solution was to "clean my dishes better before putting ...them in the dishwasher". The doors and windows don't seal all the way so expect huge heating bills in winter. Convenient
July 20, 2015Being a college student in Moon township waterford landing was very convenient. Close to campus, and one of the only apartment complexes with three bedrooms in moon township, which was another very nice feature of the apartment. So many amenities with the apartment! Fire place, high ceilings, and laundry are a few of the nice in apartment amenities. With the complex you get pool, 24 hour gym, tanning, dog park, car wash, and a business center, and being a college student my roommates and I used ...them as much as we could. The maintenance men are amazing! They are super friendly and happy to help with whatever you may need. But with all the good comes the bad. The women who work in the office are horrible. Carrol specifically is the worst of them all, she is rude and miserable. No one seems to know what is going on, and everyone seems to be on a different page when it comes to simple questions you may have about your lease. Parking is another huge issue! There isn't enough parking, so if you get home later than 6 don't plan on parking anywhere our apartment. High priced, but when looking for a three bedroom with lots of amenities, you won't find anything better in the area. The good tends to outweigh the bad when it comes to waterford.
