Awful
July 1, 2024Cannot believe how rude the office staff is. They are disrespectful and unhelpful. They charge outrageous prices for every little thing. They divide utilities between the entire building so you end up paying for other people's usage, even if you aren't there. My kids were sick from mold that would not stay away. The one saving grace this place has is the maintenance staff, they are absolutely wonderful.Property Manager Responded

A place I will forever call home!?
September 20, 2023I have never lived in such a great apartment! What makes this better then all the rest is…the team work from everyone that works here! From my husband passing away to myself having a couples of unfortunate hospital stays! On top of moving from a 2 to a 1 bedroom this team has more then come together for me, ..oh and walking my dog!! Love this place!
March 29, 2023We have lived here for about 8 months, and are moving out in May only because we bought a house in Erin. We have had a great experience here. The rent was very affordable, and the facilities were clean and a pleasure to use. Our apartment (2bd 2 bath) is small, but cozy. The management has been gracious to us, and they were so diligent about getting repairs done to our apartment after it flooded during the ice storm in December. We were out of town and they took steps to take care of our ...apartment and keep us posted until we got home. They were patient with us as we kept them informed about what needed to be done, and the only delays were because of scheduling issues with the contractors. They discounted our rent several times to compensate for delays in the repairs without us asking them to do so. The maintenance staff is awesome. George is one of the most diligent and knowledgeable workers there, and took such good care of all our issues as we had them. He is a great guy, and honestly we’ll miss seeing him every day! I can’t remember the name of the guy who handled plumbing, with the long beard, but he was fantastic and friendly as well. We really have enjoyed our time at this apartment complex. Disrespectful Management
January 23, 2018I just got of the phone with the management office and I've never being so disrespected. A male answered the phone and he was unable to help answer the question which was about a lease that we had while my husband lived there. I could hear him asking someone else and then he tried to explain something that made absolutely no sense to me. When I told him I was buying the crap he was selling, he hung up on me TWICE!!! Then a female answered, she refused to provide his name so I can file a report ...because she claimed she wasn't at liberty to do so. You answer the phones with you name and now all of a sudden, you can't provide a name. There customer service is lacking and non existent. If this is the way you treat military families and people who have other options, then I can see why the management keeps changing. I will NEVER recommend any of my peers to this property not because the place is terrible but their hired help are rude, disrespectful, and lack simple customer service tactics. If I didn't live out of state, I would have went over there and see how easily he can hang up. This management is a combination of immature adults and punks who likes to hang up on people.Property Manager Responded

Worker is always keep a smile on your face when I talk to them and have or find the answer to your question.
