May 22, 2026Everyone seems friendly, kids are a bit rude. Wish we had sidewalks so kids aren’t walking in the middle of the road. Would be nice if kids had a playground, need two separate dog parks one for large dogs and one for small dogs, would be nice if people who had dogs picked up after them it’s the polite thing to do.Review from Apartments.com

May 19, 2026A lot of it’s just decent, the maintenance staff is on the slower end same with the outside 3rd parties that come in to clean the area up. And I don’t believe that a lot of them are even qualified…there have been times I asked maintenance for assistance and he left my unit 5 times to go google how to fix the issue.
