Overall great place to live. Been living here for going on 6 years. I wish they offered 3 bedroom apartments as my family has grown and I will be sad leaving since I need a bit more space. Otherwise I have never had problems with neighbors or staff.

They don’t take care of the lawn like they should. The pool has been closed basically all summer. The maintenance crew is a revolving door. They actually went without a maintenance crew for a few weeks (July 2026). Apartments leak. It’s not worth it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations. This year did present some unexpected challenges. We experienced a temporary staffing shortage within our maintenance department; however, emergency maintenance requests continued to be addressed during that time. We are pleased to share that our maintenance team is now fully staffed and has been for some time, allowing us to better serve our residents. We also experienced a few unexpected pool closures earlier this season due to circumstances beyond our control. We understand how frustrating that was, especially during the summer months. The pool has since reopened and has remained open for residents to enjoy. If your comments regarding the landscaping are related to the dead shrubs throughout the community, those plants are covered under our landscaping warranty. Per the warranty process, there is an initial establishment period that must pass before any ...
replacements can be made. We are actively working with our landscaping contractor to have those shrubs replaced as soon as they become eligible under the warranty. We appreciate all resident feedback and remain committed to making improvements throughout the community. If there are specific concerns you would like to discuss, we encourage you to contact the leasing office directly so we can address them.

Everyone seems friendly, kids are a bit rude. Wish we had sidewalks so kids aren’t walking in the middle of the road. Would be nice if kids had a playground, need two separate dog parks one for large dogs and one for small dogs, would be nice if people who had dogs picked up after them it’s the polite thing to do.

A lot of it’s just decent, the maintenance staff is on the slower end same with the outside 3rd parties that come in to clean the area up. And I don’t believe that a lot of them are even qualified…there have been times I asked maintenance for assistance and he left my unit 5 times to go google how to fix the issue. I could’ve done that
