Do not believe the glowing reviews.Terrible place .Where do I start.Intolerant neighbors.They manipulate rent by first offering a so called special. Real shock comes when you renew lease and your rent go go up 200 to 300 dollars. Greed .by all measures.Lousy place.Paper thin walls where you can hear everything from toilets flushing to constant noisy foot traffic.Only if you are on 3rd floor you may have some privacy.Intolerant neighbors who judge whether you fit in.
