December 28, 2024Do not believe the glowing reviews.Terrible place .Where do I start.Intolerant neighbors.They manipulate rent by first offering a so called special. Real shock comes when you renew lease and your rent go go up 200 to 300 dollars. Greed .by all measures.Lousy place.Paper thin walls where you can hear everything from toilets flushing to constant noisy foot traffic.Only if you are on 3rd floor you may have some privacy.Intolerant neighbors who judge whether you fit in.Property Manager Responded

Cant wait to move!
August 25, 2023I went to tour and was greeted by Waterford Place's friendly staff. They truly cared about what I was looking for and knowledgeable about the area. I love that it is so close to parks and a lake. They mentioned that they host resident events which is great because I am looking for a sense of community. The inside of the apartments are spacious and include a sunroom! I can't wait to make Waterford Place my new home :)Property Manager Responded

I Love Calling Waterford Place "Home"
June 26, 2023I have lived at Waterford Place for 5 years. This is an apartment community - rather than just another apartment complex. The residents that I have met here are all very friendly and respectable. Each member of the management staff is very friendly, always helpful, and very professional. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the property and its amenities. Likewise, the maintenance staff is incredible. Best in the triad
May 28, 2023My fiancé and I literally looked at every property in Greensboro. The staff here were the friendliest. Best amenities that we seen, AND they have washers and dryers INCLUDED. Really Enjoy Living Here!
February 8, 2023I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and really like it. My favorite amenities are the large sunroom, cathedral ceilings (3rd floor) and the gas fireplace.
