Staff is extremely kind and helpful, office and maintenance!! Events are super fun whenever I can attend them! I feel heard when I put in a concern. Bonus points because my kitties love the view of our apartment which is right in front of a tree and they watch the bunnies and squirrels all day long!

Waterford is a great place to live in a great neighborhood. The residents are all great and the staff are all great. Ample parking and well-maintained grounds with a nice indoor and outdoor pool and club house with fitness center.
