Love the gym and how quite it is
February 28, 2023I moved here in November 2022 and really liked living here. They have a 24-hour gym with free weight and cardio machines. It's also pretty chill all around. The few work orders I called for were done really quickly. I am thinking about staying another year, depending on the offer I get.Review from Apartments.com

November 11, 2021I just moved here and I'm very pleased. I worked with Nakia and Juanita. They always made sure all of my needs were met and were very polite. Black Mold
December 12, 2020I have been requesting for the remove of black mold growthing in the apartment that is spreading and I can't even take a shower because it following apart and manage is the worst and will not respond to maintenance call and try to charge fees on utilities. please go somewhere if you want to live happier.Review from Apartments.com
Nightmare
December 11, 2020I am very sad to say this has been the most horrible apartment experience of my life. Moved here with my child and every single week without exception something breaks or goes wrong here. Not worth it
April 20, 2019The owners don't care that the apartments are falling apart, the plumbing is horrible, HVAC needs to be replaced, needs monthly prest control service etc. All they care about is getting your money, updating the management office and the website. Horribly rude management company
March 7, 2019I am in absolute shock at how incredibly terrible and rude the customer service with this place is. When I say shock, I mean my jaw dropped to the ground and I am now currently in tears at how disrespectful they were. Please look up their corporate office and see their reviews. I called corporate to get a problem resolved and was speaking kindly and with respect and someone got on the phone and said "Ma'am, do you realize you caused this problem?" He had an attitude and started fighting with me ...immediately and putting blame on me with something I had zero control over. My intentions for the phone call were never to even complain, they were to resolve the issue and find a solution. I've been renting apartments since 2014 and I have never in my life had this issue before with anyone. It is truly a shame because the apartment complex itself is very nice. If I could give this place zero stars, I would based on how disrespectful they were. I am truly in shock and extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism and customer service that was provided. The previous management was extremely kind and now this new one has been nothing but rude and with attitude even when they are treated with kindness.Property Manager Responded

Horrible customer service, management ,and maintenance
August 13, 2018Customer service for this apartment complex is horrible. Sewage was running through drainns and was not fixed in a timely manner. Multiple days my family could not stay in the apartment (staff did not clean afterwards either) no redfund or compensation was offered.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2015Waterford Place is conveniently located in the Buckhead/Sandy Springs area. I have been a resident here for the past 5 years. This is the perfect apartment complex if you want to be near local hotspots, but don't want to deal with battling traffic just to enter the apartment complex. Safety is a huge concern when apartment hunting. The area is very safe and there is fast emergency response if needed. Waterford Place is VERY pet friendly. You will see people walking their dogs and enjoying the ...outdoors daily. My overall experience has been fairly decent.
