February 2, 2026WOW, are you guys FAST! From the moment we moved into our beautiful apartment (stunningly clean and well maintained), we have experienced outstanding service. It’s clear to me that the team maintains a very high standard in the work they do. Their kindness, efficiency, and professionalism make every interaction feel personal and reassuring. Our maintenance team truly takes their time and clearly explains everything they are doing, which in turn helps us know what to look out for so we can ...maintain this blessing that we call home. Now let me talk about the speed in which maintenance requests are answered! It doesn't get any better than our guys at Waterford! I've rented in many places and what takes other communities literally weeks to complete, your guys do in ONE day - and usually within a ½ hour (pending parts). Having rented in many communities, I can confidently say this level of efficiency is rare and fully sets Waterford apart. I would also like to acknowledge the grounds team, as their work reflects the same high standard. The grounds are maintained expertly – the pool, the flowers, the trees…. In addition, I’ve never seen garbage overflow, large furniture left around, or smelled anything unpleasant - even though my window is in direct line of the the garbage drop. Even small details, such as stray shopping baskets and hallway/parking lot litter, are quickly addressed. This level of efficiency really stands out and it is clear that the Waterford grounds are cared for with great attention and pride. Overall, We are very happy to live at Waterford and sincerely appreciate all the hard work and care that goes into maintaining our entire community. August 1, 2025I have called Waterford home for many years and while management has changed hands and residents have come and gone, the sense of community hasn't changed. The management team if friendly and do everything they can to make everyone comfortable and welcomed to the community while keeping things clean and maintained for everyone's benefit and enjoyment.Property Manager Responded
