In my experience, this complex will nickle and dime you for every possible thing. I only lived there for 2 years and they raised my rent significantly both years despite not improving anything else about complex. In fact, there was construction outside of the only entrance to the complex for the full 2 years I was there yet they still felt the need to raise the rent with little to no justification.
I also experienced poor communication with management. I typically had to call/email multiple ...
times to get an answer from them about any kind of issue. For example, when I moved out, they charged me for not cleaning out my fridge and when I tried to email them asking about how to pay the bill, they never responded and instead sent it to a debt collection service.
I would personally not recommend this complex to anyone.
