I loveeeeee this complex!!
October 22, 2025I’ve lived here for 4 years and honestly I can’t complain!! It’s very peaceful and the staff is never friendly and helpful and I’ve met a few neighbors around and they’re friendly and fun!! Maintenance is also really good in helping you when you need something fixed or repair! And they are also very kind!! Overall I 100% recommend this place and the amenities are great too!! 10/10Property Manager Responded

I love visiting my friend who lives here

April 8, 2025I completely fell in love with the 1 bedroom apartment set-up I was shown during my tour of Waterord Trails on April 4th.The appliance was lovely and the location is perfect. This apartment is everything I was looking for, it felt like home the minute I walked in and Nikki my leasing agent was AWESOME! Regrettable Stay at Waterford Trails Apartments
February 20, 2024My experience at Waterford Trails Apartments was far from what I had anticipated. From the outset, I encountered a multitude of issues that made my stay there exceedingly unpleasant. Upon moving in, I was appalled by the condition of the apartment. It was clear that the unit had not been properly cleaned or maintained, with visible stains on the carpets, broken blinds, and a persistent musty odor that lingered no matter how much I cleaned. The management team at Waterford Trails was ...unresponsive and unhelpful. Requests for repairs were met with delays and excuses, leaving me to deal with the ongoing issues on my own. It was evident that there was a lack of concern for tenant well-being. The security at the complex was also a major concern. The gates were often left open, and there were frequent reports of suspicious activity in the area. I never felt truly safe, and it was unsettling to say the least. Additionally, the noise level from neighboring units and the surrounding area was intolerable. It seemed as though the walls were paper-thin, allowing every sound to permeate through, disrupting my peace and quiet. In summary, my stay at Waterford Trails Apartments was a disappointing and frustrating experience. The lack of maintenance, poor management, security concerns, and noise pollution all contributed to an environment that was far from conducive to comfortable living. I would not recommend this complex to anyone seeking a peaceful and well-managed place to call home.Property Manager Responded

Jacking up the rent each month
August 31, 2021Ever since the new company has taken over I have received over $200 in up charges for un explained charges. Each month since April it has gone up each months me had literally been over charged for a one bedroom. My neighbors all have said the same thing. I will not be renewing here in the new year and if you live on a budget I suggest you do not live here as well. It is outrageous and the office feel this isn’t the case. The maintenance team is some of the best at fixing problems and it is all done in a timely manner. They always hold events for their residents, so it feeling like a community.
