Such an amazing experience all around.
September 12, 2025The whole process at Waterhouse has been amazing so far! The office staff are always so kind and helpful, and the maintenance team is wonderful. Michael from maintenance has come by for a couple of small issues and fixed everything quickly, all while making both me and my dog feel comfortable in our home. Happy I ended up here

Amazing place to live

Terrible property and maintenance
October 31, 2022The glass in both bedrooms windows are broken. I have been waiting since July to have them replaced. I have submitted two different work orders. The first says it was completed but was never contacted. I just went back to the most recent request and they "cancelled" the order without any notification whatsoever. In the meantime, bugs and rain are coming into unit. It is now almost November. Would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Best Place to Live!
June 6, 2019I lived here for over 3 years and would've stayed longer, but we finally bought a home. I waited until after my final move out assessments were done to write this. Everything was handled very fair and In didn't get charged anything crazy after I left. This place is so conveniently located, I could always walk a short distance to get the things I needed. Parking is something that usually is tough in apartment life, but not the case here! I rarely found trouble parking close to my unit. Office team ...was always a pleasure to deal with. They are all very professional and friendly... but not so friendly that it feels fake. Maintenance too. All very genuinely helpful people. The interiors are fantastically maintained too. Waterhouse Place is the best!
February 15, 2019I have lived here for about 2 months now and am very happy! The apartment is extremely nice with great views, TONS of privacy and it's so quiet! Alan, the service tech, handled my issue quickly with little wait time which was impressive. Dani Williams was very helpful and patient with me through the whole process of choosing an apartment. I was so indecisive and was in the office or calling a lot but yet I was always greeted with patients and a smile. Aron, the community manager was also very ...attentive.
