Anyone who has resided in their own home for years and is now contemplating renting, Waterleaf is the place from the beautiful pool, dog park and meeting new friends, Waterleaf will definitely feel like home. Love that we are so close to the beach, the gardens and the great Marshwalk. So call one of our amazing girls in the office and don’t hesitate to come see what we are about! And if I’m at the pool, stop and say “hi yall”

Waterleaf at Murrells Inlet has an exceptional on-site management staff/team that is professional, courteous, and timely in responding to maintenance problems and apartment issues. The property is well maintained with a dog park, open areas, grills for cooking, outstanding pool, fitness center and resident comfort area with pool tables. Residents are friendly and make living here a real pleasure.

The location was were I wanted to live and the complex is modern and kept in good shape. The staff has been outstanding and they care about the residents. They were able to answer all my questions and helped me out with some technical things I didn’t know about. You have a five star staff and that is a blessing!
