From our initial move in, our neighbors were friendly and helpful with any initial needs we had while moving all of our stuff in. The front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Obviously no on is prefect and there were a couple of things that did not line up perfectly, but we worked together and were able fix everything. From the very beginning when i inquired about their models Chip made sure i had all the information i needed, and calls/talks with him always make for pleasant conversation.
