Amenities are fair at best (top amenity being the pool). Gates are constantly open. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well organized, which made it easy to enjoy my time there. One of the best things about the apartment was the natural lighting that came through the windows and brightened the entire space. The neighborhood was also peaceful and safe, making it a great environment for both studying and resting. Sanitation is unsatisfactory, as washing machines have been left out of service for long times, residents leave pet waste throughout the complex, and homeless people regularly sift through the dumpsters in the mornings and nights. In my second year living here, I continue to see the complex worsening, while leasing gets stricter and raises rent.
