March 8, 2026Having lived in this complex for the 10 years, I’ve had the opportunity to truly experience what it means to be part of a community. Over the years, this has been a place where I’ve built memories, watched the neighborhood change, and created a sense of stability and familiarity. I’ve seen many neighbors come and go, along with several property managers and assistant managers. What stands out about the current management team is their dedication to bringing the community together through events ...and opportunities for residents to connect. They have been welcoming, intentional, and have created a positive atmosphere in the community. A decade in one place says a lot. January 22, 2026The community is very quiet, at least I can rest since I work part of the night. The apartment has a few minor issues, such as the water draining slowly from the sink and lots of mosquitoes coming in through the terrace. Otherwise, everything is fine. January 11, 2026The family that lives above us have children and they stomp, jump, do flips, and god knows whatever else that makes it sound like that are dropping bowling balls all the time especially after 10 pm. I don’t know if the parents are asleep and the children just run free but I have complained and it continues to happen and my BF and I wake up at 4am for work and it’s hard to sleep with that going on until 12-1 am several times a week. I know kids will be kids but come on now, please control you ...children enough is enough already.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2025I’ve really enjoyed my time here. I just renewed my lease in August. The staff is kind and available, when needed. Maintenance is responsive and our property is nice. I enjoy the scenery from the third floor. It’s quiet and comfortable. As a senior person, I will have to be on a lower floor, soon. If I need it sooner than later, I will talk to the office. I grow a little garden in my balcony, it’s fun. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. Our garbage valet is helpful. I like it here.Property Manager Responded

October 18, 2025Still love the community. Aside from pet owners not cleaning up behind there pets, and dogs off leash it has been a dream. We have service animals and it has been a challenge to make them comfortable but they are adjusting well. Community is still good and quiet aside from a pop up mechanic shop here and there. Management does amazing with complaints. Would like more cameras and a number for after hour noise etc complaints. Great grounds keeping.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2025The leasing office staff are the best! They take the time to listen, to help, and to guide you through the process. They work well together and you can tell they actually like working together! I feel comfortable calling with a concern or if something needs to be fixed because I know they’ll take care of it right away. My apartment is beautiful and the grounds and amenities are well-maintained. Lorrie and Raven….you ladies are the greatest!
