It’s a beautiful community and it is always kept updated. Each unit is nice and spacious. The maintenance is great and always on top of requests and the leasing office staff are great as well.

Having lived in this complex for the 10 years, I’ve had the opportunity to truly experience what it means to be part of a community. Over the years, this has been a place where I’ve built memories, watched the neighborhood change, and created a sense of stability and familiarity.

The community is very quiet, at least I can rest since I work part of the night. The apartment has a few minor issues, such as the water draining slowly from the sink and lots of mosquitoes coming in through the terrace. Otherwise, everything is fine. Thank you, Waterlinn.
