October 20, 2025I’ve really enjoyed my time here. I just renewed my lease in August. The staff is kind and available, when needed. Maintenance is responsive and our property is nice. I enjoy the scenery from the third floor. It’s quiet and comfortable. As a senior person, I will have to be on a lower floor, soon. If I need it sooner than later, I will talk to the office. I grow a little garden in my balcony, it’s fun. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. Our garbage valet is helpful. I like it here.Property Manager Responded

October 18, 2025Still love the community. Aside from pet owners not cleaning up behind there pets, and dogs off leash it has been a dream. We have service animals and it has been a challenge to make them comfortable but they are adjusting well. Community is still good and quiet aside from a pop up mechanic shop here and there. Management does amazing with complaints. Would like more cameras and a number for after hour noise etc complaints. Great grounds keeping.Property Manager Responded

July 4, 2025While the interiors of the apartments are clean, updated, and reflect a strong commitment to quality living, the exterior conditions are alarmingly inconsistent with that standard. The grounds and shared areas are visibly neglected and require urgent attention. There are large mud patches, piles of debris, and overgrown trees obstructing walkways and entryways. These issues are not just unsightly—they pose real safety hazards. There is no visible routine landscaping, pressure washing, or ...exterior cleaning taking place. For a community of this stature, such conditions are disappointing and unacceptable. To maintain the value, safety, and appeal of the property, it is imperative that a dedicated maintenance team be assigned to regularly care for the grounds and exterior structures. The outside environment should reflect the same quality and care that residents experience inside their homes. A clean, well-maintained, and safe community is not only reasonable to expect—it is essential.Property Manager Responded
