Love this place!
June 3, 2024I've been here for two plus years and have ZERO complaints. The staff has always been supportive and patient. The community is fun and engaging. Ton's of onsite events for the community. Very safe and quiet place to live. Definitely recommend taking a look....you won't find a better place in Parker! March 24, 2023I cannot say enough about the Front Office Staff at Watermark on Twenty Mile! Andrea, Evelyn and Sherry are all wonderful! If you need ANYTHING, they are ON IT! Friendly, professional and diligent! I have lived here for almost two and a half years and this has been the best experience. Leaving my beautiful house in Stonegate after my husband and I separated was difficult but this apartment complex was a lovely port in the storm. I will be moving to South Carolina soon. They made this transition ...for me and my husband who also lived here seamless. When LOTS of other apt. complexes in the Denver Metro Area are competing for you, this apt. complex is top notch! Everyone who works here from the Front Office Staff to the Maintenance Crew of Troy and Peter are exceptional! I love to catch people doing GOOD! This place is THE BEST!
