Love this place!

I've been here for two plus years and have ZERO complaints. The staff has always been supportive and patient. The community is fun and engaging. Ton's of onsite events for the community. Very safe and quiet place to live. Definitely recommend taking a look....you won't find a better place in Parker! Andrea, Sherri, Sam, Rob, Peter & Scott are all amazing and there for help!

We love living at Watermark on Twenty Mile! The property is beautiful, clean and the residents are friendly. The floor plans are spacious and have nice open concepts. I cannot say enough about the Front Office Staff at Watermark on Twenty Mile! Andrea, Evelyn and Sherry are all wonderful! If you need ANYTHING, they are ON IT! Friendly, professional and diligent!
