great location, okay prices .small apartments
September 8, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comlocation is great here ,you are close to Carolina mall, concord mills and not to far from the speedway.very affordable , apartments are kinda small, and appliances are very very old . no central air. you have one air conditioner to cool and heat you entire apartment. you only have one assigned parking spot so If you have a spouse they will have to park in guest parking . I sugest for small family or a single person nice place to start.Property Manager Responded
