I've lived at Waters Edge for almost 2 years and I can't say enough about my great experience. From the office staff to maintenance, they make sure you are happy. I love this place not to mention the rent is affordable, I plan to be here for a while.

I have only been here for about two days now, but so far everything has been just fine! Not too noisy, cars don’t fly by, and I recently found out I’m near the garbage. That’s nice.
