November 25, 2025The "quality of life" aspect of living in this community has steadily diminished over the years. This decline is due to many reasons including the lack of significant and meaningful diversity, rude and disrespectful tenants and the ongoing concern for safety in the building.Property Manager Responded

June 20, 2025I’ve had an amazing experience living at Water's Edge for the past 5 years. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt truly at home. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which is such a relief. The community itself is beautifully maintained—landscaping is always neat, common areas are clean, and it really feels like the staff takes pride in keeping everything looking great. The ...amenities are top-notch: the fitness center is well-equipped, the pool area is perfect for relaxing on weekends, and the clubhouse is a great place to meet neighbors or work remotely. The neighbors are friendly, and the events hosted by the management are a great way to connect and unwind.
