April 2, 2026Almost 3 years living at Water's Edge and my experience has been good. Maintenance team works fast, concierge team is friendly and helpful, the janitorial staff are nice. The neighborhood is quite and short walking distance to restaurants, the path, Seabra, walgreens, etc. Cons: Some tenants are unaware of the existence of others around them, they let their kids run wild like its a playground in the clubhouse, the gym, and outside. We can't even open the door to the building because there is a ...child blocking it and the parents do not seem to care one bit to be a parent and move their child away. There are tenants who will host their friends but will be loud af at midnight, running up and down the hallways. A lot of tenants lack basic hygiene and you know exactly who used the gym prior because of how foul the odor is. The gym needs MAJOR sanitation and ventilation due to the lack of hygiene from the tenants.Property Manager Responded

November 25, 2025The "quality of life" aspect of living in this community has steadily diminished over the years. This decline is due to many reasons including the lack of significant and meaningful diversity, rude and disrespectful tenants and the ongoing concern for safety in the building.Property Manager Responded
