Living at Water's Edge has been a great experience. It is a quiet and welcoming place to call home. Everything I have needed has been taken care of quickly and Tina in the front office is always so sweet and helpful. She is always willing to answer questions and help out. Tina is an excellent landlord and has made my recent move to Water's Edge very easy. She is very responsive and has made my move to Texas a breeze. As for the apartments, they are clean, safe and are in an excellent location. You have easy access to both the turnpike and Rockwall County. Rowlett is also a great neighborhood and I am glad to have found this place!

Me and my husband have had a few couple of questions and Tina has always been able to answer all of our questions and concerns with no hesitation. This is the first apartment me & my fiancé moved into since moving to Texas. Tina made everything go over so smoothly and was very helpful throughout the application process. We got into our apartment, and it looked just like the pictures! It is a very clean & nice neighborhood! I have been living here going 4 years and I can honestly say the last 3 years of living here was when Tina came into working in the leasing office. She goes above and beyond for her residents. This "a great place to call "home". Ms. Tina always greets you with a smile and she is very helpful to our needs, and quick to attend to any problems that arise . Water's Edge Villas is a great community for those looking for a peaceful quite community. The units are reasonably priced and larger then the new floor plans you typically see. Tina, the property manager, is wonderful and very personable. Eric, the Maintenance Director, is always taking care of everything in a timely manner. As someone who has experienced chaos among residence at many previous communities; I would recommend this location for those trying to avoid the craziness that many ...
