As for the apartments, they are clean, safe and are in an excellent location. You have easy access to both the turnpike and Rockwall County. November 26, 2019Water's Edge Villas is a great community for those looking for a peaceful quite community. The units are reasonably priced and larger then the new floor plans you typically see. Tina, the property manager, is wonderful and very personable. Eric, the Maintenance Director, is always taking care of everything in a timely manner. As someone who has experienced chaos among residence at many previous communities; I would recommend this location for those trying to avoid the craziness that many ...apartments have.
