I am currently having a problem with maintenance responding to and handling two issues in my apartment. I have completed numerous requests for services to no avail. I would like to mention the one time when maintenance did attempt to respond, we were out of the country. However, since our return, no one from maintenance has responded to handle the problem.

The grounds need improvement. The hallways and stairwells very dirty and dusty lots of mildew, spiderwebs, trash and some tenants keep their trash cans and trash all day outside of their apartment.

The worse…..I’ve placed several requests that have gone unanswered. There is an ant and roach problem. The neighbors are noisy and loud both above and below. There’s dog poop covering every area that has grass. This is my second unit out here I can’t wait until this lease is complete. This apartment is severely overpriced.

Great community here, and the new office staff are fantastic, always on top of things and very helpful with inquiries. Have lived here a bit over a year and the apartments are up to date, insulation/sound is very good, and they keep the place updated with community events and things like that.
