February 22, 2026The worse…..I’ve placed several requests that have gone unanswered. There is an ant and roach problem. The neighbors are noisy and loud both above and below. There’s dog poop covering every area that has grass. This is my second unit out here I can’t wait until this lease is complete. This apartment is severely overpriced.Property Manager Responded

July 16, 2025This has been the worst apartment experience ever for me. Ive been here 7 months and have had nothing but trouble with my unit. The unit smells every time the air conditioner starts, the hot water didn’t work in the kitchen for about 3 months, two major leaks for units above that lead to property damage, my bathroom sink smells every time you turn on the water, I’m still finding pet hair from the previous tenants, did have hot water in the master bathroom for more than 5 minutes for the first 6 ...months(finally got a new water heater). Stray cats around the breezeway because someone keeps leaving cat food cans out. Kids banging on my door and running, I had to put up a cameras. My neighbors are awful to say the least, can’t type all that drama. The front office and maintenance does try to fix the issues, it’s just been too many in a short period of time!Property Manager Responded
