Close to everything and friendly management
January 6, 2020Watersmark is a great apartment for the price. It has friendly management and is close to everything in downtown Gulfport. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, it was promptly taken care of. It was quiet, safe, and the neighbors were all very nice. Lovely place to live
March 15, 2019I really enjoyed my stay there. If I didnt have to move close to family for personal reasons I wouldn't of never moved. I loved all my neighbors it was so peaceful and quiet. If there was any problems ms renee was always right on it. Maintenance was never a problem at all one call that's all lol. I love MS. Renee she made you feel like family and not just a tenant. If I move back to the area this will be the first place I look up. I feel I have a lifelong friend indeed!Review from Apartments.com

May 29, 2018We have been at the apartment for almost a year and have enjoyed living here very much. The location is perfect as it is close to the beach (which I loved) and away from the busy streets. The stuff, maintenance and office, has always been very welcoming and accommodating. Great place to live!
August 14, 2015WatersMark Apartments are a great place to live. They have clean apartments with stainless appliances. Tile and wood floors throughout. Free cable!! Complex manager is wonderful lady. The complex is gated so security is good. Friendly people living in the complex too! The best place to live
July 27, 2015I am a single women and was looking for this pleasant and quiet place and I found it here at waters mark apartments it's very clean and close to the beach I feel very safe here,the apartment has hardwood floors which I love cause I have allergies,it's perfect for a single person,it's two bedroom . The people here are all friendly. When you have a problem they jump on it to fix it it's a great place to live, beaches around the corner.Review from Apartments.com
