We LOVE Waterside
May 5, 2023I am very pleased with Waterside apartments in Graham, NC. From our first contact with the waterside staff to the move-in (and beyond,) has been nothing short of AMAZING! The office has treated my family and I as if we are VIPs. Waterside even had the answers for everything that we needed (furniture rentals, washer/dryer rental, great Mexican food recommendation, and even an amazing church recommendation!) The customer service and the welcoming atmosphere at Waterside is top-notch!! I had a few ...minor maintenance requests upon moving in and Waterside made me feel like I was again, a VIP. Maintenance came ASAP and got us taken care of before we even moved in. I forgot to mention something in my first maintenance request, so I sent in another one, and Waterside again had us all taken care of ASAP. The grounds at Waterside are ALWAYS clean. The landscaping is always nicely done as well. The pool is always clean (as well as the bathroom at the pool) and is so nice to look out to at any given time from our apartment windows or patio. I LOVE that even though we are living in an apartment with several neighbors surrounding us, the noise is very very very minimal. I am impressed to say the least! Even with living right next to the park, pool, and gym, the noise is very minimal. I enjoy that I always have a good parking spot. Most of the time I am able to back into a spot right in front of the breezeway that I use. I love that the community has a safe feel with the apartments being tucked away a bit and surrounded by other nice apartments as well as the gated community. The valet trash is pretty neat too! I have never had that before and it sure is convenient! Most of the time the kids enjoy taking a walk to the trash compactor and throwing it away, but when we do use the valet trash service, it sure is nice. Thank you everyone at Waterside for taking care of us. My daughters LOVED the flower pot painting event y'all had in the office. Looking forward to the pool party! Thank you for making my girls feel special as well. (Every time my daughters have visited the office, the staff knows who they are and where they belong.) WE LOVE WATERSIDE AND ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR CHOICE OF CALLING WATERSIDE OUR NEW TEMPORARY HOME. Waterside, you have made this experience excellent for us and we are so thankful and blessed. March 1, 2023Even though it is advertised as such this is not a gated community. While the gates are there, they’re always broken. The flooring is in dire need of improvement, light switches are installed crooked, and parking is an issue. The front office doesn’t take responsibility and often make excuses instead of resolutions.Property Manager Responded

We do offer gates but unfortunately if a car hits the gate it does take time for a new gate to be installed. If you are having issues with flooring and light switches, please contact the leasing office to put in a maintenance work order. Furthermore, the girls in the office are always ready to help anyone. They make the place feel like a home, not an apartment. You will love your stay here. February 24, 2021This was an excellent stay! Apartments are relatively new having been built a little over a year ago, large in terms of square feet, generous with their offerings such as large kitchen island. Location is great as it is right off of I-85. Management is excellent, friendly and helpful. A lease manager even mailed my modem after leaving it behind accidentally. Clean premise, valet trash 5 days per week. I would definitely rent at this community if I had to do it all over again.
