Best Apartment!
October 24, 2017We use to live downtown and it was always so loud. We were so happy to move to Waterside Apartments. This is definitely a great area to live in. The apartment has great access to neighborhoods to walk. It also is close to any store you might need, and great parks too! The management is super helpful and you get a fantastic amount of living space for the cost. There are many families that live on the property, but also a lot of couples too. Whenever a problem has come up, Management is quick to ...solve it. In regard to noise, which I know many are concerned about, we live in a loft apartment and very rarely hear noise from our neighbors. At times the kids can get a bit noisy, but if you do have concerns management will address them. I really like where we live. The property group also has yearly social events that they plan, and a great following on Facebook where they have many activities residents can get involved in. July 23, 2015The building and the neighborhood are quiet. It is also clean and well maintained. The complex has a pool, fitness center and a nice large events room. There also is underground parking.
