The only good thing about this apartment complex is the pricing, but what you don't pay for with money you pay for with nuisances. The manager is extremely rude and will look at you as if you're inconveniencing her. My fiancé and I were told before we moved in that electric would be included in our rent only to find out two months in, when our electricity was shut off, it wasn't. We explained this to management, and they seemed understanding. That is until we got fined unexpectedly for not having ...

Our leasing agent Will has been great at returning phone calls and getting questions answered that he might not know the answer to. We have chosen a floor plan and unit and are looking forward to moving in soon. Waterside at Mason is a wonderful apartment complex to live in. This was my first time renting an apartment and Tammy and Will did a wonderful job helping me get settled. The price was a lot better than what a lot of the other apartment complexes around were offering and have very identical amenities and some better. It's a brand new place, so not too many neighbors yet lol. But with the price, amenities, helpful management and great surrounding neighborhood (Palladium movie theater, Kroger, etc) ...
