September 2, 2024Mr. Phillips is past Awesome with managing the property. He is very detail with explaining the process, very patient with answering questions the apartment was clean, The apartment was remodeled. The grounds was clean. He reviewed all the additions, amenities and how to clean the air conditioning filters for longer effective use. A very stress-free move in.
