Move in Move in was okay Very little information was given. Contradictory documents were given. The paperwork said valet trash was free the first year lease says otherwise. Saw several cockroaches in the hallway to which the office has not responded to any of my emails and it’s been days.

Maintenance My air conditioning went out and maintenance provided a mini unit to lessen the suffering. Took two days and my air conditioning was restored and the mini unit was taken out. Very helpful and the maintenance was very kind and responsible.
