June 28, 2025Hallways are dirty and constantly smell of weed and cigarettes, neighbors play loud music all hours, packages are stolen from the front buildings, trash left out in the parking lots, VERY POOR plow crew in the winter leaving up to a foot of snow in the parking spaces.
