January 4, 2018Don’t do it. We had a broken toilet for over 4 months before we finally decided to move out. We were told they would get to fixing it eventually. We had to keep the toilet turned off because it was leaking and creating black mold on the floor. Even after telling them this, they still never fixed the toilet. When we moved out, they charged us our entire $600 deposit to fix the toilet. We still ended up having to pay extra money to them for other repairs that they never fixed while we lived there ...such as: broken screen door, broken stove, broken dishwasher and giant holes in the wall from where they couldn’t figure out how to get the towel racks to stay in the wall. Most of these issues we told them about when we first moved in but still were never fixed. (We lived there for almost 2 years.)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
