Living at Rice Hope has been a great experience. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Management and maintenance are responsive and professional, and the location is convenient while still being peaceful. It truly feels like home, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Inadequate and unprofessional staff . Don’t waste your money here. Leasing professional calls you from her personal cell phone.Onsite staff has to go through corporate for everything. No wonder they don’t have any leases yet .
