My wife and I had to pay the application fee ($100 each) and the $250 deposit to even see a unit. There were no photos online of the 2 bedroom Begonia layout or even a picture of a floor plan on their website so we did not know what the unit looked like. Once we were allowed to see the unit, we found mold directly in front of the entrance of the unit.

mold in the past, we weren't comfortable going through with their cleaning process. We asked for a different unit but there were none available. We decided not to move in. We didn’t want to potentially risk my wife falling ill again when it took her close to a decade to heal. Keep in mind, this was all communicated to management.
At the end, they still had tenants move in because we referred our friends to Watersound Origins Crossings but management was not willing to work with us.
A total of $450 down the drain.
