  • Gone downhill badly in a year

    I have lived here for a few years now and am friends with folks who have been here way longer. Unfortunately, in the past year, this property has done nothing but go downhill very fast. We have not had a real property manager in almost a year, and since the most recent staff that was there longest left, it is like living in limbo. The water pressure throughout the whole complex has become almost unbearable. We have so many lamposts lights out. There is always trash everywhere. And god ...
    forbid the trash compactor is full, they will go through your garbage and send you a fine if you set it outside the compactor. They changed the clubhouse so it looks like a dentist's office and just makes it not friendly for hosting anything. No refrigerator or area for food setup. And do not get me started on all the maintenance issues. We have not had consistent staff in a long time either. I would highly suggest asking the office staff how long they have been with the complex before you sign to live there. The people we have had to deal with at corporate are just rude, unhelpful, and unpleasant. While the poor office staff is dealing with them, they do not have a real onsite manager to deal with resident issues. This place use to be beautiful, it use to be worth the cost, it was a happy community.
