Leasing team is absolutely amazing! They are very very helpful and because of them I was able to have a smooth move-in! The amenity at the Watertown Mews is also great! Love the coffee every morning!

It’s been awesome living here, well maintained and great amenities! Only negative is they are pretty aggressive with annual rent increases. I’d suggest talking with other residents and trying to negotiate in a block.

I moved in on Saturday and already I absolutely love living here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, the amenities and property are pristine, and Tarik, who has been helping me since I first looked at the property, is such an asset to the community. I truly only have the best things to say.

I just moved into the Watertown Mews and I am thrilled with my apartment choice! The space is bright and well maintained and I have met lots of friendly people. The staff are amazing. Highly recommend.

Just moved in and so far it's great. I think some common spaces (lobby, pool, etc.) could be a little cleaner or powerwashed. Some appliances in unit are a bit older/noisy but work for the most part.

We had an easy and quick move. The property management team were very helpful before our actual move-in day, showing us around and offering helpful tips on how to make our move less stressful. When we actually moved in, Ed even surprised us with welcome presents for new tenants! It was a great start into our new home!
