It’s been awesome living here, well maintained and great amenities! Only negative is they are pretty aggressive with annual rent increases. I’d suggest talking with other residents and trying to negotiate in a block.

Just moved in and so far it's great. I think some common spaces (lobby, pool, etc.) could be a little cleaner or powerwashed. Some appliances in unit are a bit older/noisy but work for the most part.

Watertown Mews has a warm welcome, good atmosphere and large units. The amenities are also lovely and the location is convenient, close to groceries and Arsenal Yards.

We had an easy and quick move. The property management team were very helpful before our actual move-in day, showing us around and offering helpful tips on how to make our move less stressful. When we actually moved in, Ed even surprised us with welcome presents for new tenants! It was a great start into our new home!

Hi, Ed and his team sorted out all the issues associated with the apartment. The whole complex is well maintained, specially in the time of snow and winter. The reception, recreation area and gym is absolutely neat and clean. Thanks to the management team. :-) Hemendra
