October 28, 2024We love the community, disappointed that our apartment has some issues that needs to be addressed. Have to put in work orders, and we'll see how that goes. The 2 apartments we saw on second floors were really pristine and the one we got, never saw until we signed lease and all was said/done. Fingers crossed!Property Manager Responded

September 25, 2024Waterview provides great amenities, including a lovely pool, internet access, and is nearby many convenient restaurants and shops. It’s close enough to the borough to enjoy the recreational and nightlife options with less cost. The apartments are spacious, have good sound insulation from neighbors, and great built in AC units. Maintenance seems excellent and Waterview has been implementing community wide improvements to the Waterview also has a fun rewards program, and easy to use online portal ...for payments and other requests. As a person with a disability, I find the accessible parking and easy access to the building to be beneficial (not a ton of stairs). My only suggestion would be that many folks might enjoy additional or more flexible lease length options. Waterview offers studios as well as 1-2 bedroom options for a lot of variety.
