Nice place, a little heavy on the noise and light pollution
March 14, 2025A very nice area and complex. The management has done a good job with respect to general maintenance, keeping the grounds clean and in good repair. Maintenance requests for repairs are handled quickly and competently. Noise from the AC units mounted around the complex is a nuisance, and recently they installed lights in the central parking lot that are 10x too bright and have "daylight at noon" color, so there has been a significant increase in uncomfortable light pollution leaking into units ...adjacent to the parking lot (which is most of them) at night. The noise and light pollution are becoming a deal breaker for me, and actually I'm disappointed that said pollution is making me consider moving, because otherwise this is a good place to live.Property Manager Responded

The work the staff puts into make this place a home, the area where I can have all my needs met within a quarter mile from everything, to even the air conditioning never being a problem!
