I thought I'd have about a year to find an apartment, that fit what I was looking for, so I took my time & looked at a few different units in the area. When we came to Waterview apartments we loved the amenities, the view of the lake, & the fact they were pet friendly. We put a deposit down on an apartment that would be available in a little over a month. Unfortunately, we were faced with a serious of events that left ...us needing our new home immediately. I made a call to the apartment manager, Donetta & explained my situation. I was hoping she could get us in a little sooner than originally planned. The next day Donetta called me back. She stated she made a few calls & that an apartment would be ready for us in 2 days. Two days later, we had moved into our new home. We love it here. It's quiet & we feel safe. The amenities are great & it's so convenient to have a washer & dryer in our unit. The few times we've needed maintenance to come out, it's been quick and effortless. The management staff are even more patient with the prospective, tentative resident by being patient throughout the questioning about the complex during the different transformation to the apartments and more so informative on all else. With this, the prospective tenant is lead to feel welcomed and even more geared to calling Waterview Apartment his/her new home.
