My son & I moved to Hendersonville from California for a fresh start. I thought I'd have about a year to find an apartment, that fit what I was looking for, so I took my time & looked at a few different units in the area. When we came to Waterview apartments we loved the amenities, the view of the lake, & the fact they were pet friendly. We put a deposit down on an apartment that would be available in a little over a month.

us needing our new home immediately. I made a call to the apartment manager, Donetta & explained my situation. I was hoping she could get us in a little sooner than originally planned. The next day Donetta called me back. She stated she made a few calls & that an apartment would be ready for us in 2 days. Two days later, we had moved into our new home.
We love it here. It's quiet & we feel safe. The amenities are great & it's so convenient to have a washer & dryer in our unit. The few times we've needed maintenance to come out, it's been quick and effortless. They are out within a day or two. Everyone has been friendly & waking up to a view of Old Hickory Lake is just the cherry on top.
