A wonderful Experience with an exceptional Manager… Tonnie
June 18, 2025I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment complex, with my sister, and I must say, the experience was truly delightful, largely thanks to the fantastic apartment manager we met during our visit.(Tonnie) From the moment we arrived, Tonnie’s warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. The manager was not only friendly but also incredibly engaging. Tonnie took the time to listen to my sisters needs and preferences, answering all our questions with patience and enthusiasm. ...It was clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and prospective tenants, which is a rare quality that speaks volumes about their commitment to creating a positive living environment. As we toured the apartments, the manager highlighted the various features and amenities. She pointed out the thoughtful design elements, the spacious layouts, and the beautiful views, making it easy to envision my sister living there. The apartments that we toured themselves were lovely—modern, well-maintained, and filled with natural light. It was evident that the management takes pride in maintaining the property and ensuring that it meets the needs of its residents. What truly stood out was the manager's willingness to go above and beyond. She shared insights about the community. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the tour not just informative but also enjoyable. They don't really care about you.
October 15, 2020I recently moved from Waterview and had to change my rating to a 1 star. I gave notice exactly 1 month from when I planned to move out, and since COVID is a thing this year, they did not allow me to come inside the office (I find this ironic because I'm a nurse and do not have the luxury of telling my patients I can't help them in person). Anyway I was given an e-mail address over the phone for me to give official notice. The wrong e-mail was provided to me and this became my fault later on when ...I actually moved out. I was charged a no-notice fee a long with my early termination fee. These people are unethical to do this to those of us who are having to move out to live with other people during a difficult time. They do not care about you as a person, they only care about making their money. I get it, it's a business, we all have jobs to do, career, etc. But do you really have to rub salt in wounds? I left because of financial difficulty, and you punch me in the gut with extra fees. It's your fault you provided the wrong e-mail address, but they will never take responsibility. Stay far away from this place. My girlfriend had to the same thing moving out of Club Pacifica just down the road and they waived her early termination fee. And they kept their pool and other amenities open during the COVID pandemic, instead of allowing their employees to avoid all manner of helpfulness. The only honest, hard-working people there are the handyman and groundskeepers. The people that work in the leasing office are happy to slack all day and do nothing with their time, they sat in their office during the COVID pandemic avoiding all manner of actual helpfulness.Property Manager Responded

Really Don’t Move Here
July 13, 2019Water pipes are always bursting. Three years three times. Taking a shower the pipes clang. Safety hazards rarely taken care of. Owners more worried about visual appeal and not the interior of apartments. Every year they raise rent sometimes up to as much as $200. Can’t get ahold of management over the phone. Residents throw furniture and mattresses in the street. Positives; close freeway, shopping, school, quiet at night and no break ins that I’ve noticed.Review from Apartments.com

January 28, 2018I have been living here for about 7 months. So far I am very pleased with my unit. When I moved in the carpets were cleaned and so was every inch of the apartment. I'm regret that I rent this place
July 30, 2017Close to shopping and freeways, but at the same time it's not so good location. If your balcony faced the supermarket parking and quite a busy road you will not happy. Laundry rooms dirty and regularly one or two machines are broken. One day I found a lot of fur on dryer's filter. It seems that someone tried to dry a dog there. "fitness center"... are you kidding? everything old. even inside the apartment. carpet, bathtub, oven. My oven has a slope, I told about it but no result. Maintenance not ...so good and very slowly. August 15, 2015Great location, great maintenance staff, and they were able to accommodate me in the short time I had before starting a job, even with a small dog! BUT... I am pretty sure there are only 2 other residents who pick up after their pets, there are kids running around without any supervision who leave toys all over the development, and there are now feral cats living various parts of the development who drive the dogs nuts! Benicia has not traditionally needed air conditioning, so you wont find ...many places that offer it, but that combined with the rest makes me not want to extend my lease at the end of the year.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
