This apartment has roaches
June 6, 2023They have roaches and don't treat the buildings. Trash everywhere, office is tow happy, nice LOOKING appliances but they break down and you will pay for the repairs. Do not move in. They also don't let prospective tenants do walkthroughs most likely because they will see the roaches crawling up the walls. They want you locked in for the year before you can see a unit.Review from Apartments.com
Stay away for your safety!!
July 14, 2022I moved out a couple of years ago but this place is still the worst place I ever rented. The leasing staffs were very disrespectful and rude. Parking is bad. The location is horrible since it is located right on Pacific Highway (sketchy and dangerous). People who live here don't know how to clean up after themselves. There is always waste leaking on the ground. The only good thing was the building was brand new and we were the first ones to move in.Review from Apartments.com

September 19, 2020This place is ZERO !! do not live there no matter what !! they don’t deserve one star, all the office people very rude and very mean. They give 10 days notices like popcorn for no reasons. They Send notices to the wrong apartment!!! They do not solve any problems. this is the worst place o lived in after so many years !! I have never seen leasing office rude this way!!!!!! Even the corporate office does not care !! Beside the every day incidents and police involved and noisy neighbors!! Do ...not go there !!! April 6, 2020I’ve checked around for an apartment for a very long time and I would say this is an excellent property I’ve found so far, I moved in to a one bedroom and it is 800 square feet which is big enough for one bedroom, it is designed beautifully, the kitchen has a lot of cabinets space, I just love my apartment, honestly it’s a best place out of all the places I’ve looked, And the staff is very nice from the beginning to the end, I was happy with their help to get me this apartment!Review from Apartments.com
