I have been extremely disappointed with my experience as a resident. My apartment has gone extended periods without essential services, including water and hot water, yet communication from management has been limited and delays in resolving these issues have continued. Despite multiple attempts to contact the office through emails, phone calls, and follow-up requests, I often receive vague responses without clear timelines for repairs.
As a tenant, I expect basic habitability standards to be ...
maintained. Going weeks without reliable water service has caused significant inconvenience and hardship. While staff have responded at times, the lack of timely resolution and consistent communication has been frustrating.
I encourage prospective tenants to carefully research current conditions and speak with current residents before signing a lease. My experience has not met the standard I expected when renting here.

Living here for the past 2 months is the worst decision I made in my life, no Pools still no mail key to access my mail box, laundry rooms locked up when they are open during the week and only during the week the machines don't work you put in a work order they don't come fix them smell of death in my apartment this week and still nothing is done to help we need corporate back here aspa to get this stuff fixed

I just wrote A bad bad review for this place because it’s very true now I’m getting a email saying it doesn’t meet their standards. They cannot post my review just know this place is roach infested people will mess with your cars and there is nosy dirty neighbors. It’s more but apparently I can’t say too much. Just don’t move here. Save your money for elsewhere.

Pls don’t live here and make the same mistake me and my fiancé did!!!! Our lease is up and June and I’ll never recommend this place I rather live outside before coming back!!!!
The Office Never Answer the phone
Roach Infested has to bomb the apartment myself!!!
Maintenance never fixed anything just paint other everything to make it look like new then you move in and everything starts falling apart.
Every Week they turn the water and plumbing off with out a heads up!!!

The pools, aren't open. The lights outside don't work half the time. No one's ever in the office when you need them to be. The washing machines and dryers are never open. They painted the building just to raise the rent.

This complex is VERY NASTY!!!!!! cockroach infested they don't fix anything the leasing office people are very rude and have a very nasty attitude the rent increase now is $155mon which is VERY ridiculous IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL the apartments are very small the neighbors are VERY loud and obnoxious 2 pools that NEVER open the area is super unsafe and the list goes on........this apartment complex is AWFUL DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! sadly I still live here and can't wait to move out. ...
