Unreasonable & unfair charges from Management
August 29, 2023Beautiful Community, unfortunately you will pay unreasonable charges for services that you never use like mail packages delivered at Office. New Management is never available to address charges concerns . Emails are not responded.At Move out charges are unfair & unfounded. I was charged $ 1040 for damages. After several emails asking for proof of damages, they finally sent me a picture of an stain on the ceiling caused by a filty AC duct , which shouldn't be tenant responsibility.Property Manager Responded

Thin walls - Loud neighbors
October 18, 2020This place was not what we thought it would be. I’m a current resident at Waterview. I don’t know if it’s any different in other buildings in the community, but in the building my husband and I were shown to rent turned out to not the best as it was recommended by management. If you are looking for a quiet place to live.. don’t move here. Very thin walls. We have neighbors that must have home theater sound system because we feel we live next to a movie theater room. You can also hear the traffic ...from the Turnpike and Hillsboro The lake view is very pretty .. but for the amount of noise we hear on a daily basis, you might as well go somewhere else for the same price or for a cheaper price. I’ve spoken to management, but it seems they don’t really care too much to make things right. We’ve been here for only 7 months and we can’t wait to get out.Property Manager Responded

A great experience
December 6, 2016My wife and I had the pleasure of spending a year at Waterview at Coconut Creek and could not have been more satisfied with our experience. The property was well managed and taken care of and the staff was always pleasant and welcoming. The move in process was smooth and efficient and when the inevitable maintenance issue came up the maintenance process was quick and complete. In regards to the units, they were very well appointed with modern updates to the fixtures and appliances. The balcony ...view of the lake was a great way to start the day each morning. Additionally the property was very pet friendly with added amenities including a dog park and pet waste receptacles that were both well placed and kept fresh. A great place to live!
October 5, 2015I've been in living in one of Waterview's townhomes for a few years now and they really make you feel like you're not living in an apartment. All my neighbors have been very friendly along with the staff. Maintenance has been great and they are always helpful. I never hear my neighbors and it's been overall a great experience living here. The only downfall I've had living here is the very tiny dog park they put in, but that's not really a big issue. It was more of a matter of convenience, but at ...least they have really nice dog parks nearby. Shopping is very convenient, because it's nearby everything. The update they did to the gym and apartments is very nice. They also do treat their long term residents wonderfully. We have all ready got new flooring in the living area and are expecting a free carpet clean soon. If you're looking for a quiet and nice place to live I'd suggest trying this place out. August 12, 2015In a good community with helpful maintenance. Apartment has 2 floors and there's a washer and dryer in the unit. The rooms are a little small and can be crowded at times. Affordable but for a single mother expensive but for the kids it is worth it. Friendly to pets including my puppy. small kitchen but tile floor everywhere except the rooms. Large living room and a balcony that looks out on a road. During the night you here cars driving by loudly. lovely view
July 30, 2015From my apartment I can enjoy looking at the lake with ducks, ibis and the occasional human. There is a large sign which reads “No Fishing”, but I enjoy watching people throw in their lines anyway. I can always tell when someone is new to the complex, because they practically freeze in place like a gecko and stare at the lake. The interior of my apartment has enough room and amenities for one. I work all the time; therefore the most important thing for me is to get a good night’s sleep, and I ...can because it is peaceful at night.Property Manager Responded
