They are run by Horizon - the absolute worst Apt. Management in Sheboygan. Can't even do simple tasks like return calls, or fix defects, promptly.

In the last year, under new management. The senior residents are no longer put first. It is months for maintenance issues to be resolved. Removed bench in hallway for residents to wait for rides. Closed door office. Calls not returned.
