July 17, 2025I like it. Very quiet where I am. No real issues but my neighbors need to bring their trash cans in & the gates need to be fixed/closed. Maintenance has been great for the couple of issues I have had (self induced).Property Manager Responded

July 16, 2025After 2 weeks, we're having a wonderful experience! The amenities that the property offers are truly incredible and definitely make the price $$ feel like a bargain. One and only complaint would be the "valet garbage service". It doesn't seem very effective and would much rather have the option of walking my trash to the dumpster daily for free. Also, it's just not the most esthetically pleasing to look at as you walk through the complex and see a bunch of trash compiled. Other than that, we have ...no complaints on our choice to live here!Property Manager Responded

July 5, 2025Maintenance have been responsive when submitting request. Only issue I have lately is the towing problem, I’ve had cars parked in my paid spot and office will try to locate the owner of the vehicle. If the owner is not found by the office then that’s all they do, I wish they would enforce towing after a certain amount of hours. I tried calling the tow company number from the signs located around the complex and they said they do not service our apartments. So they are false advertising about ...towing.Property Manager Responded
